The warranty was the biggest disappointment for me 😕 It felt limited, and I couldn’t really tell what would actually be covered if something went wrong.
For shoes, I’d expect a little more reassurance, especially if they wear out quickly or have some kind of defect. The site itself is fine, but the warranty situation made me less confident about ordering again.

"Good customer service overall"
Had a small issue with my order so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me the next day and fixed it without making it a big deal. Coulda been a little quicker, but I’m happy with how they handled everything.

"Decent site, but the selection felt thin"
I spent a little time browsing 4 Feet Shoes because I was hoping to find a solid pair of shoes, but i came away a bit underwhelmed. At first glance the site is easy enough to use, but reading between the lines, the selection just didn’t feel very deep. A lot of the styles looked similar to each other, and when I did spot something I actually liked, the size I needed wasn’t available. It might work if you’re just after something simple or basic, but I was expecting more variety. In the end, I left without ordering anything.

"Wrong size in the box"
I ordered two pairs, and one of them showed up in the wrong size. The label on the box was correct, but the shoes inside were not, which made it feel like nobody really checked before shipping. I emailed support and they did get back to me, but it took around a few days, and I had to send photos twice. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience, but order accuracy is important. I kept one pair, but dealing with the return for the other was a hassle. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

"I was about to order a pair because..."
I was about to order a pair because a friend recommended them to me, but the shipping cost was just way too high. It bumped the total up so much that it didn’t really feel worth it anymore. I know shipping isn’t free, but for a pair of shoes it felt overpriced. I ended up leaving the cart, which was disappointing because I was actually excited to try them.

Ordered a pair of shoes from 4feetshoes.com and the tracking did work, but updates were slow. Showed as shipped for a few days without anything new, so had to keep checking myself. Package arrived fine in the end, just would've been nice if the tracking was clearer. Not awful, not amazing.

The shoes looked mostly like they did in the photos, so I wasn’t too surprised when I opened the box. The only thing I noticed was that the color looked a little darker in person than it did online. For me, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, but I was expecting the shade to match a bit more closely. Overall, they’re still okay...

"Not totally sure they were genuine"
I ordered a pair that was supposed to be from a well-known brand, but something about the box and the labels just didn’t feel quite right to me. The stitching looked decent, so I can’t really prove anything or say for sure that they weren’t genuine. It just didn’t match what I’m used to seeing from that brand. Delivery was fine and arrived without any issues, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough about the authenticity to keep them.

I ordered from 4feetshoes.com and the checkout was straightforward. The payment page looked secure, had the usual lock icon, and I felt fine entering my card info. I also got the confirmation email quickly, which was reassuring. The only reason I’d take off a star is because the page loaded a little slowly, but overall I’d recommend it.

I got these shoes and they are, like, okay. Not super expensive, which is good, but the quality is kind of just middle feeling. For what I paid, I’m not mad at them or anything. Just don’t go in thinking they’re going to be something amazing, because they’re more just fine shoes.

I ordered a pair from 4 Feet Shoes they look nice when you first get them, but I’d be a little cautious. The quality is just okay, and the material feels thinner than I expected. The stitching on mine was fine and I didn’t notice any major defects, but I’m not fully convinced they’ll hold up well with everyday wear. Not the worst purchase, but don’t expect anything too durable or high-end...

"Wait, where did my loyalty points go?"
I made a purchase expecting my loyalty points to show up, and they just never did. I thought, okay maybe it takes a bit, but nope—nothing. Then I reached out to support and basically got ignored, which made it even more frustrating. Not a great experience at all.

"Apparently “In Stock” Means Something Else"
I ordered a pair of shoes from 4feetshoes because the website clearly said they were in stock. A few days later, I got an email saying they actually didn’t have them and that I could either pick something else or wait. Super helpful, of course. If an item isn’t available, maybe don’t let people buy it in the first place? Now I’ve wasted time and have to go find them somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
